It doesn’t delete any program permanently from your system and you will still be able to run your program with its executable file. If you wish to add a program to run at system startup, you can search that program in the list and by checking it back it will be added to system startup program list. You can also edit properties of an application and you can add extra information about it from the web with AutoRunMan.
